The Crust restaurant hours: Tuesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM.
- Starting hourly rate is $11.50 per hour PLUS TIPS! Crust Hosts make an average of $2.60-$5 per hour in cash tips in addition to their hourly rate which averages out to anywhere between $17-$18 per hour.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests that enter the restaurant in a timely and friendly fashion
- Promptly seating guests and remaining at the host stand in addition to bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the seating area
- Accommodating guests seating needs
- Answering phones
- Completing side work (cleaning, wiping menus, etc.)
- Following server rotation properly
- Facilitating seating in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- No experience required but previous customer service of any kind is helpful
- Friendly and smiling when guests enter the restaurant
- Able to think and move quickly during peak volume times
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have open weekend availability
- Standing on feet for an extended period of time
- Must be okay with working on and around holidays
