Of course, our labor of love that makes each handmade treat or loaf of bread is produced by CRUST & we couldn't do it without our people who make it all possible. The Crust restaurant hours: Tuesday through Sunday from 8 AM to 2 PM.

• Starting hourly rate is $11.50 per hour PLUS TIPS! Crust Hosts make an average of $2.60-$5 per hour in cash tips in addition to their hourly rate which averages out to anywhere between $17-$18 per hour.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests that enter the restaurant in a timely and friendly fashion
• Promptly seating guests and remaining at the host stand in addition to bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the seating area
• Accommodating guests seating needs
• Answering phones
• Completing side work (cleaning, wiping menus, etc.)
• Following server rotation properly
• Facilitating seating in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• No experience required but previous customer service of any kind is helpful
• Friendly and smiling when guests enter the restaurant
• Able to think and move quickly during peak volume times
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have open weekend availability
• Standing on feet for an extended period of time
• Must be okay with working on and around holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
