Cryo Lounge, located in St. Matthews, KY, is looking for 2-3 Customer Service Associates to join our team! Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, punctual, hard-working, and interested in health and wellness. Must have morning (7:30a-3:15p) availability!
Responsibilities:
- Welcomes customers with a friendly greeting
- Directs customers to appropriate treatment areas
- Explains and facilitates services in a clear and friendly way
- Provides treatment services offered in the facility
- Uses good judgment to respond to customer concerns
- Promotes sale of memberships and additional services
- Maintains appearance and cleanliness of facilities
- Assists management with additional tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to problem solve as issues arise
- Time management and organization
