This role will set-up, operate, and clean up various CNC machines to produce various parts for computer servers.
Duties:
Set-up and operate CNC machine with minimal supervision.
Interpret blueprints, work orders
Use precision measuring tools.
Clean and maintain machines, tooling, and parts to maintain equipment in optimal production condition.
Follows all safety regulations and practices safety awareness at all times.
May be required to edit programming of machine.
Conforms with ESD policy and safety practices.

Non-slip shoes
Short sleeve shirts
No jewelry or dangling clothing/hair.
Requires:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Six to eighteen months experience in a metalworking manufacturing environment or equivalent. Experience using precision measuring equipment, gauges and other machinist hand tools needed. Experience programming in Mastercam or editing G-code is a plus.
Physical: Ability to operate CNC machines, grinders and other hand tools. Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50-lb. twelve-foot long aluminum bar stock. The ability to stand for long periods up-to-eight or more hours at a time. Must be able to reach above head to remove stock.
Employment is contingent upon passing a required background screen, pre-employment drug screen and physical which will be conducted upon acceptance of an offer.
Salary : $31,000 - $39,300
