A DAY IN THE LIFE
As our On-call Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN, you are responsible for ensuring the well-being and health of our residents. You administer medications, implement nursing treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach to health. Effective communication is key as you keep stakeholders informed about health matters.
Your role involves monitoring participants' overall health, addressing growth and development, hygiene concerns, and ensuring their skin health. In emergencies, you respond promptly, triage, and administer minor first aid. Thorough documentation of health-related information is a crucial part of your responsibilities. Your dedication to participant well-being helps to keep our residents safe, healthy, and happy!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Current nursing license in the State of Massachusetts
- 1 years of experience with developmental disabilities
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Acceptable Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI)
