This position typically works 8-hour shifts. We offer a competitive pay rate of $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500!

You play a pivotal role in empowering our students on their educational journey. Your dedication shines as you provide essential educational and therapeutic support to the assigned student, helping them thrive in the classroom. Your commitment to understanding the Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks allows you to effectively tailor your assistance to meet their specific needs. Your keen observations and insights serve as a valuable asset, as you collaborate closely with the Special Education Teacher to assess and report on student progress during evaluation periods.
Beyond academics, you provide direct support to students during essential activities like mealtimes, toileting, and personal hygiene training. On teacher planning days, you implement activities and offer vital care to our students in their residences. It warms your heart ensuring that our students receive the best possible support on their educational journey!
