What are the responsibilities and job description for the Member Services position at Crystal Springs Services?

Crystal Springs Resort is hiring for Member Services Attendants! Member Services Attendants are the welcoming face of our sports club. Ideally we are looking for someone with a friendly and professional demeanor with prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Checking members in and out of the sports club facilities.
Answering member questions and concerns.
Issuing Pool wristbands.
Monitoring traffic into Sports Club & Elements Spa to control misuse of the facilities.

Requirements:

Must have weekday and weekend availability
