Distribution Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time; Remote

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in distribution, warehousing, and transportation services.
  • Proactively prospect with a hunter mentality through phone outreach, online research, fieldwork, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities by making calls, meeting potential clients, attending industry events, and leveraging digital outreach.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately update CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) with opportunities and activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, contractors, and integrators that support data center development, semiconductor production, and high-value equipment logistics.
  • Support marketing and brand-building initiatives by providing market feedback, customer insights, and success stories from the field.

Partnerships And Identify New Growth Opportunities. Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of logistics experience
  • 2 years of sales experience with record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in high-tech industry, specific to semiconductors and data centers
  • Strong logistics or machinery moving industry knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Experience working with CRM software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Driven and highly self-motivated
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

This position offers a competitive base salary.
