Responsibilities
- This position will target high-value freight opportunities, specifically in industries such as expedited freight, freight forwarders, electronics manufacturers, aerospace, and other high-margin sectors.
- Acquire 3 new shipping accounts per month.
- Secure long-term relationships with customers in high-margin industries.
- Work cohesively with the operations team to deliver seamless solutions.
- Find innovative ways to generate and close new business.
- Demonstrates a strong drive to grow within the company and achieve ambitious goals.
- Has experience working with high-value, high-margin freight opportunities.
- Understands and actively works in industries such as expedited freight, freight forwarders, electronics, aerospace, or similar fields.
- Operates with transparency and integrity.
- Maintains exceptional performance and ethical benchmarks.
- Prioritizes client satisfaction and relationship-building.
- Relentlessly pursues new business opportunities and thrives in a competitive environment.
