Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Review elevator / vertical transportation design documents for tenant projects and design audit, and project processing for client facilities to ensure compliance with applicable building codes and technical standards
- Download the electronic submissions, preview construction documents, analyze and review drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports for completeness with codes and standards
- Coordinating the review comments from others technical disciplines and prepare memoranda for transmitting comments to the line departments
- Attend meetings with tenant Architect / Engineer of Records to discuss the review comments and resolve the issues
- Communicate with client facilities to process submission and design audit projects
Requirements
