Position Overview
Major Company Outreach and Presentation Intern
The Major Company Outreach and Presentation Intern will support Campus NIL’s Home Office team in soliciting partnerships with major corporations—including Fortune 500 companies—that serve college students in sectors such as technology, telecommunications, entertainment, e-commerce, retail, food delivery, and groceries. The intern will play a key role in developing and delivering presentations, producing promotional videos, and conducting independent virtual meetings with key company decision-makers. Additionally, the intern will serve as a senior position on the Campus NIL Student Advisory Board and will occasionally participate in Campus NIL’s Executive Board meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Company Research and Targeting:
Identify and prioritize Fortune 500 and other major companies within the outlined industries that target college students.
Research company advertising and sponsorship strategies to tailor outreach efforts.
Proposal And Presentation Development
Assist in creating compelling presentations and pitch materials that highlight Campus NIL’s value proposition, platform features, and unique benefits for both companies and students.
Collaborate with the Home Office team to customize presentations for each target company.
Promotional Video Production
Produce high-quality promotional videos to showcase Campus NIL’s platform, student benefits, and partnership opportunities.
Edit and refine video content for use in outreach campaigns and presentations.
Outreach And Relationship Building
Support the team in initiating contact with key company executives and decision-makers.
Participate in follow-up communications to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
Presentation Participation
Travel as needed (expenses covered) to participate in in-person or virtual presentations before company executives.
Lead or co-lead independent virtual meetings with major companies when required.
Market And Industry Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the college advertising and student benefits space.
Provide feedback and recommendations for refining Campus NIL’s outreach strategy.
Student Advisory Board Senior Role
Serve as a senior member of the Campus NIL Student Advisory Board.
Provide leadership, represent student interests, and contribute to board meetings and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Current junior, senior, or graduate student at an accredited institution.
Demonstrated ability to deliver effective solo corporate room presentations to business executives, even without Campus NIL executives in attendance.
Strong Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information.
Experience or interest in video production and editing is highly preferred.
Comfortable engaging with senior executives and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Available to travel for presentations and company meetings as required.
Interest in digital marketing, advertising, or business development is a plus.
Compensation
Work schedule: 5–10 hours per week
Hourly rate: $10–15 per hour (with adherence to California minimum wage laws)
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonuses
