- Prior customer service experience in the collision repair industry and collision repair estimating experience
- Experience in CCC & Mitchell estimating systems
- Valid Driver's license & clean driving record
- The ability to work on a deadline
- I-Car certifications is a plus
- Ability to be the face of Collision Specialists Inc. and work in a friendly manner with all customers
