- Collaborate with estimators and other technicians to develop repair plans
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Collision Repair Technician or similar role
- Proficient in using various hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
