What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Program Analyst - ONSITE position at CSSI?
Responsibilities include:
- Program/project planning; preparation and analysis of program related data; review of program status; preparation of reports; coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings; preparation of materials for and giving program related briefings and presentations; program coordination with FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and facility personnel; conduct of program and project control processes; etc.
- Perform various types of program/project/systems analysis, and to provide occasional general logistics
support. - Perform most task assignments independently.
- Provides daily management and supervision of contractor personnel.
- Proficient in managing personnel with diverse skill sets, and will be the primary point of contact for the technical officer representatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 10 years’ experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development (14 years of program management may be substituted for degree requirement).
- Also requires demonstrated Cost/Schedule Controls System Criteria experience for complex programs, specifically knowledge of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement is required.
Desired Qualifications:
- The candidate must have strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to manipulate large amounts of data taken from FAA databases, and very quickly produce the various types of reports required using advance levels and techniques in MS Excel.
- Must provide a high degree of accuracy and integrity in work and products provided. Must be internally motivated and have a strong desire to succeed.
- Must be computer savvy and know how to use the Microsoft Office Toolset.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
