Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment professional to support the company’s talent acquisition initiatives. This role will work closely with business teams to deeply understand hiring needs, expand recruitment channels, optimize talent selection processes, and contribute to organizational development. The ideal candidate is highly sensitive to industry trends and capable of driving continuous optimization of the company’s human resources structure.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute recruitment plans based on company strategy and departmental hiring needs, ensuring timely fulfillment of recruitment targets;
- Draft, publish, and manage job postings, while expanding and maintaining diverse and effective recruitment channels to optimize candidate sourcing;
- Screen resumes, coordinate and organize interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate assessment and selection;
- Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, manage offer communications, issue offers, and coordinate onboarding procedures;
- Regularly analyze recruitment data, prepare reports, and continuously improve recruitment processes and talent pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or related fields;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with strong familiarity across various recruitment channels and processes;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively interface between candidates and business teams;
- Strong learning agility and stress resilience, capable of managing multiple tasks and driving execution;
- Proficient in office software and mainstream recruitment platforms.
