Window and Glass Service Technician
CTX Home Improvement (Universal Windows Directx) is seeking a skilled Window and Glass Installation Technician with a strong background in residential window repair, and residential glass installation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper installation, warranty, and repair of windows, maintaining high-quality standards and representing our company to the consumer.
Duties
- Select, measure, cut, install, and remove all types of glass products for both residential and commercial properties in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
- Safely replace glass in home windows, glass mirrors, sliding glass doors, and bathtub enclosures in accordance with Company standards and procedures.
- Assist with warranty work on windows and doors.
- Install windows, sliding glass doors, and storm doors as needed to complete projects or correct installation issues.
- Screen and solar screen fabrication and repair.
- Respond quickly to service requests for immediate needs.
- Record all time spent working on jobs.
- Work with Office to provide quotes to customers regarding repetitive business.
- Possess strong “can do” attitude with customer service focus.
- Must have glass handling experience.
- Glass cutting experience a plus
- Knowledge of safety techniques and procedures
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Strong skill with hand and power tools.
- Able to work well with other team members
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- MUST have valid driver's license and strong driving record

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
