What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Runner position at CU Under Construction?
- Hold and maintain valid drivers license (CDL is encouraged)
- Receive direction from shop foreman daily on tasks to be completed
- Pick up and deliver material/ product to designated locations
- Being able to lift and transport material up to 75lbs without machine or other personal assistance.
- Operate fork lift after proper training.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and use proper safety equipment provided by CUUC.
- Communicate timelines on deliveries with PM and/or shop foreman.
- Hook up and operate trailers after proper safety training.
- Generally 7:00-3:30 unless overtime is approved and arranged.
- May require assistance in field work pending scope of work.
- General safety walk through and check on vehicles and trailers being operated.
