Summary:
Seeking a hands-on Hardware Support Technician with 3–5 years of experience to support debug system setup, SSD inventory reconciliation, and ULOG data capture. The role involves hardware troubleshooting, working closely with engineering teams, and coordinating across multiple sites. Candidates should be comfortable using Jira and Excel, and have exposure to memory technologies and hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate drives and plug in TBs/systems as needed by engineering teams
- Capture ULOG data and perform Dediprog operations
- Reconcile and manage SSD inventory (coordinate with TDTs and across sites)
- Maintain, set up, and debug test platforms (in collaboration with SH team)
- Pick up drives from material stores and update inventory in ELM
- Handle shipping logistics and Jira status updates
- Provide general hardware support and system maintenance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of relevant hands-on technical experience
- Experience with Jira, Excel, and hardware debugging
- Familiarity with memory technology and debug tools is preferred
