As a Relief Driver:
- Deliver/exchange bottled water, salt, filters, chemicals, and tanks on assigned routes
- Provide excellent customer service, process orders, and identify opportunities for additional products
- Complete vehicle inspections (DVIR and monthly commercial inspections)
- Collect payments and accurately complete route paperwork
- Safely operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates, and hand tools
- Assist with bottling, packaging, and preparation of water products for delivery
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the plant
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures
This position is based at our Sacramento, CA office, with occasional travel to nearby Culligan branches as needed.
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of the local Lacey-area routes and community a plus
- Ability to perform basic math and use GPS apps
- Strong communication skills and legible handwriting
- Good driving record with a valid driver’s license
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Ability to repeatedly lift/move 100 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, pushing, and pulling
