Position Description:
- This is a career position. Many of our sales reps retire from this job.
- Residential Outside Sales professional selling a variety of water treatment solutions including water softeners and safe, healthy drinking water systems.
- Follows a sales methodology to discover water problems and apply Culligan Ultrapure solutions that solve for water problems. Uses technical water testing and demonstrations.
- Develop a solid marketing plan that will consistently self-generate new leads and maintain lead conversion ratios for company-provided leads.

Job Qualifications:
- BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 1 year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
- Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
- Community involvement.
- Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license
