We have an amazing team in our Jupiter location, and the only thing missing is---- YOU! We have incredible office hours of 8a-5p Monday-Thursday, closed every weekend and major holidays. Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities & Duties
- Create, establish, and maintain rapport with our patients.
- Comprehend dental procedures and explain them to patients in easy to understand manner.
- Review treatment plans with patient that are created by the doctor.
- Understand dental insurance plan coverage, limitations, frequencies, and deductibles.
- Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims.
- Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance.
- Provide the Dentist with administrative and practical support when asked
- Effective use of down time by calling patients with unscheduled treatment and/or hygiene recall.
Treatment Coordinator Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma required
- Dental experience required
- Dental assisting skills a plus
- Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task efficiently
- Excellent computer and typing skills
- Some accounting experience a plus
