What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Manager position at Culture Studio?
We're seeking a high-level account manager who can think quickly on their feet and provide a white glove service to our national accounts. This position requires a strategic thinking individual who has the ability to plan projects with internal teams and the client. The Account Manager is truly the Heartbeat of the company working with some of the world's leading and largest names in the music industry. This position is the nucleus between the client and production. Our purpose is to empower the client to continue growing their business and leave the print management up to the professionals. The Key Account Manager will be working closely with clients and being the Go To' person from within the company. From inputting purchase orders, to sourcing garments, and overall fulfillment, the AM will be in communication every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
• Serve as the main point of contact for National Clients
• Work closely with production & network to ensure timely delivery of projects and organization
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Strategic Account & Tour Planning
Requirements:
•5 years of experience in account management or related field required
•3 years of experience in high level customer service
•Screen Print or Decorated Merchandise background is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail & prioritization
