Position Description: Culver-Stockton College is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist to join our Graduate & Professional Studies (GPS) Team. This position will be responsible for executing comprehensive marketing campaigns that enhance the visibility and reputation of the College through innovative strategies, creative content, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will excel in digital strategy and data-driven marketing, contributing to the continued growth and success of the mission and values.
Education and Experience: Qualifications for this position include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, along with three years of experience in marketing or graphic design (preferred). Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing strategies, including SEO and social media, is required, along with knowledge of Google AdWords and Google Analytics (preferred). Experience with video creation and editing software is also preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary, as is proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MS Office, and CRM tools. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
