Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support
- Create and maintain a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, schedule maintenance tasks, and manage inventory
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using logic controllers and schematics
- Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and standards
- Develop and manage the department budget
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of high voltage systems and electrical safety procedures
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Experience with facilities management is a plus
