The Laurels Recovery Center Program Operations Manager

The Program Operations manager will be responsible for all program and facility operations including food service, cleaning, general maintenance needs, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and regulatory guidelines. The Program Operations will be required to work in conjunction with the Laurels Recovery Center Clinical Services Manager to ensure the quality provision of services for individuals receiving treatment at the Laurels Recovery Center. The Program Operations Manager will be responsible for the supervision of residential technician and food service staff, oversee ordering of food and needed program supplies within program budgetary guidelines, and will ensure all standards for program safety are adhered to. The Program Operations Manager will be expected to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and evening/night shifts, and will be expected to work alongside staff under his/her supervision to ensure quality work standards.
