The successful teachers’ assistant teams with certified special education teachers to create an engaging and challenging educational environment where students’ individual academic and emotional needs can be met. ISBE Para-Professional license required, and previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
Prospective employees must be at least 21 years old, have excellent written and oral communication skills, possess a valid Illinois driver's license and proof of auto insurance, and be able to maintain our client’s confidentiality. Prospective employees must submit to a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
