Fabrication and Machining Estimator, Fabrication Manager

Job Duties:

1. Conduct market research and data analysis on competitors' profile, industry trends, market conditions, sales data and customer groups to identify new business opportunities and use various methods (cold calling, networking, social media,etc) to reach out to target customers

2. Demonstrate to customers the advantages of cutting metal with a laser cutting machine in terms of cutting accuracy and speed

3. Provide basic CAD Drawings of Parts in the field as needed for Engineering and Estimating

4. Review products CAD drawings and specifications to provide customers with manufacturing solution and quotation

5. Conduct business promotion and marketing through Internet and social media

6. Using CRM software such as Sales Force to manage leads and sales activities.

7. Participate in and lead-organize industry related trade show, getting sales order and developing potential leads

8. Create relationships with new potential customers and maintain good customers relationships

9. Weekly presentations to the President, Engineering and Estimating departments, visually reporting customer accounts and sales data

10. Domestic traveling and visiting customers are required approximately 70% of the time

11. Manage and direct additional Sales and Marketing Staff of Cupples’ J&J Company Inc.

12. Develop potential oversea business. Develop good suppliers of machines. Import machine and parts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of B2B sales experience within the manufacturing industry. Related to laser cutting machine is preferred.
• Have basic knowledge of flatbed laser cutting machine and tube laser cutting machine
• Understand CAD technical drawings and specifications
• Acknowledge of social media advertisement and data analytic
• Proficiency working with MS Office (i.e., Excel, Work, and PowerPoint) is required.
• Proficiency in CRM software, with strong analytical skills to refine sales processes and strategies.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customers relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experienced in driving and have driver’s license
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Self-Motivated: Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $140,000.00 per year
