We are looking to add a skilled, experienced
Full-Time Food & Nutrition Assistant
to our healthcare & food service team in
Madison, MS
. As a
Food & Nutrition Assistant
with
Cura Hospitality
, you will have the opportunity to lead onsite foodservice operations. We are looking for candidates to work in an office setting part-time as diet clerk relief, and part-time as an administrative relief for managers. Must be computer literate, detailed oriented, organized, multitasker, discreet, people person who can work with minimal supervision.
What you'll be doing:
- Directing foodservice staff and daily operations to ensure smooth service.
- Communicating with area management to report any problems, issues, or concerns.
- Maintaining records, including financials and inventory reporting.
- Assisting with and overseeing all aspects of food preparation.
- Ensuring that meals meet all standards for quality, temperature, portion control, and proper food handling.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years' experience in foodservice.
- At least one years' experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Computer Literate, Be able to format documents.
- Have discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and finish tasks on-time.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
Nice-to-haves:
- ServSafe or Food Handler's certification.

Compensation Range:
- $ $15.00 per hour, depending on experience.
