Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing customer data while providing exceptional service and support. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter customer data into the company's database and ensure its integrity.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify and update customer information in the system as needed and correct any discrepancies.
• Assist customers in navigating our products and services, providing helpful information and support.
• Monitor and manage customer feedback to improve service quality and address issues promptly.
• Generate reports based on customer data and service metrics for internal analysis.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using data entry software, Microsoft Office Suite, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $17 - $23
