Performs the Referral Logging, Pre-Admission, Admissions, Scheduling and Discharge Process functions for the Children's Services Birth to Three program. Provides support for persons served, therapy staff, and the Leadership Team. Continually strives for customer satisfaction with a willingness to take the "extra step" for the benefit of all persons served.
Skills And Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of previous clerical experience in health care. Also requires a moderate degree of proficiency in data entry with accuracy and strong organizational skills that will enable the individual to perform multiple, detail-oriented job functions. Must be able to communicate effectively with persons served, thereby fostering and maintaining cooperative, productive working relationships and to contribute to the creation of a "persons served valued" atmosphere responsive to their needs.
