New Jersey PIP Defense Attorney
Responsibilities
Staff Counsel for CURE Auto Insurance has openings due to our continued growth. We are currently looking for PIP attorneys with 1 years ofNew Jersey PIP experience with arbitration and litigation. PIP attorneys will be responsible for handling PIP files from inception through arbitration, trial and appeal, if necessary. All candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, outstanding written and oral advocacy skills and strong software/technological skills including competency in Word, Outlook and Westlaw. Ideal candidates will be well organized, detail oriented and able to independently manage a caseload where work is time sensitive. The candidate will also provide litigation support for our Michigan legal team. Michigan bar admission is not required for this role.
Located in Princeton, New Jersey, we provide a congenial, team-oriented professional work environment with skilled support staff, competitive salary and exceptional benefits. We currently operate under a hybrid schedule with attorneys coming into the office 2 to 3 days a week.

Qualifications
We are looking for New Jersey PIP Attorneys who have the following experience :
- 1 years of experience handling PIP litigation from inception to conclusion.
- Ability to take full responsibility for files
- Must be able to handle an inventory of 100 PIP files
- Knowledge of Forthright arbitration process, local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experience
- Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to file handling
- Experience working in a paperless electronic environment
- Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
- Must have a law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Must have an active law license to practice in New Jersey and a member in good standing with the State Bar of New Jersey
