Bud Tender (Retail)

Reports To
The Bud Tender will report to and be supervised by the Storefront Manager and General Manager.

Job Overview
A Bud Tender is responsible for greeting, assisting and educating patients through the purchasing experience in the retail setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage customer satisfaction by guiding customers through the selection process
• Customer Service
• Answer questions, offer suggestions, handle and showcase products
• Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
• Be an expert on products offered
• Use of Point of Sale System
• Tasks as required by Management
• Maintain patient privacy as required in MMMP Program Rules and HIPPA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must be able to pass State of Maine MMMP background check
• Must pass drug test
• Consent to a criminal background check
• Existing Cannabis experience a plus, not required.
• Detail and goal oriented. Superior customer service skills.
• Proficient with cash handling

Training

• On the job training will be provided to supplement existing experience

Evaluations

• Performance evaluations will be done on an annual basis, except new hires. New hires will be evaluated after 30 days, after 90 days, and then annually.

Physical requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed
• Ability to climb step stools and laddersAbility to stand/walk for long periods at a timePossess manual dexterity and hand - eye coordinationCURE is an equal opportunity employer. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

• Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (Preferred)
