The company is led by Dave Mozeika, a recognized leader in financial services, who is leading the founder-led sales initiative to recruit, activate, and onboard new financial advisors to the platform and its flagship Certified Income Advisor (CIA) program.


Role Overview

The Chief of Staff is a key strategic partner to Dave, the CEO, supporting him in scaling the business, streamlining operations, and achieving ambitious growth targets. This role is critical in helping the CEO focus on high-impact activities by managing both tactical execution and strategic initiatives. The Chief of Staff will be deeply involved in the founder-led sales process, assisting with lead generation, scheduling, and building a robust CRM pipeline to drive subscriber growth for the CIA program. This Chief of Staff role is designed to be a force multiplier for the CEO, enabling rapid growth while ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Target Identification & Outreach

  • Research and identify high-potential financial advisors and firms for outbound sales outreach.
  • Develop targeted lists of prospects and coordinate with Dave to prioritize outreach.
  • Schedule and manage sales calls, ensuring the CEO’s calendar is optimized for maximum conversion.


CRM & Lead Management

  • Build, maintain, and optimize a CRM system for tracking qualified leads and their progress through the sales funnel.
  • Ensure data integrity and actionable insights to support ongoing conversion efforts.
  • Strategic Advisory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales processes and growth strategies.
  • Analyze sales metrics and pipeline health, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Success), ensuring alignment on growth objectives and operational priorities.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination across departments to support the onboarding and activation of new advisors.


Project Management

  • Oversee special projects related to sales enablement, training curriculum, advisor recruitment, and platform growth.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure initiatives are executed efficiently.
  • Maintain accountability across cross-functional partners.


Operational Support

  • Handle day-to-day operational tasks to free up the CEO’s time for high-value sales and leadership activities, while also keeping the CEO strategically “on-task” to meet OKR’s.
  • Prepare materials for sales calls, presentations, and board updates as needed.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in a business management, sales operations, or chief of staff role, preferably within a high-growth startup or financial services environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). In addition, the ability to learn new tools, and implement them quickly to make workflows more efficient.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
  • Mindset: Highly proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for building scalable processes.
  • Presence: We’re looking for someone to be hybrid/onsite in Belmar, NJ 2-3 days per week to partner with Dave in person.

  • Growth: Support the CEO in achieving 10% month-over-month subscriber growth in the advisor base for the CIA program.
  • Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust CRM pipeline of qualified leads for ongoing conversion.
  • Efficiency: Streamline sales and onboarding processes to maximize the CEO’s time and impact.
