THIS ROLE:
The Recruiting Administrator will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the recruiting department, ensuring a seamless process flow from candidate application to hire. This role involves a variety of tasks, including job postings, application screening, offer letter preparation, data entry, market research for compensation alignment, and overall coordination of recruiting activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and is passionate about talent acquisition.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Job Postings and Candidate Management:
- Create and manage job postings across various platforms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with externally recruited candidates’ information.
- Support the recruiting team with consistent follow-through on new applicants from initial application to hire.
- Follow up on email and other external job inquiries and communicate with appropriate internal team members.
- Offer Preparation and Coordination:
- Assist in drafting offer letters in collaboration with the recruiting team.
- Support recruiting team with candidate credential verification and gathering information on other pre-employment requirements as needed.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Input and maintain accurate data in the ATS and other recruiting tools.
- Generate reports for tracking recruiting department metrics.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on compensation benchmarks for various roles to ensure alignment with market trends.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support competitive offers.
- Support the recruiting team with research and recommendations to keep informed of latest recruiting technologies and trends.
- Administrative Support:
- Screen candidate applications and resumes for required criteria and provide appropriate follow-up communication.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with candidates and recruiters.
- Support recruiting team with career fairs and ongoing college/academy/trades outreach.
- Assist with travel arrangements as needed.
- Support the recruiting team with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
WHO YOU ARE:
Certifications and Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in an administrative or support role within a recruiting or HR environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with compensation research and market analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team.
Aptitude

- Possess general understanding of full cycle recruiting process.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including being able to prioritize workload based on business needs.
