LOOKING FOR A SUPERSTAR:
We are looking for an amazing Scheduling Coordinator (Super friendly, bubbly, practice host). We are a fun, young & successful Orthodontics Office located in the east valley. We have two locations, Chandler and Gilbert.
Let's cut to the chase...
- 25-35 hours per week
- Compensation: Based on experience
Front desk Responsibilities:
-Front-desk duties (phone, mail, patient outreach, office calendar,) etc
-Manage the practice schedule
-Schedule patients for upcoming appointments
-Maintain a professional, clean, and fun office environment
-Some Treatment Coordinating (sales) when needed
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

-Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred, but not required)

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
