Commercial Superintendent Job Description:
- Inspects facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type and number of operation and maintenance personnel needed. Knowledge of general construction, HVAC/BMS/Boiler systems etc.
- Prioritizes work to ensure building occupants’ needs are met in a timely fashion and assigns work requests to
