The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $38.25 - $38.25

Job Description
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building rounds (inspections and cleaning of storm drains, lighting, operation of entry doors, elevators, etc.)
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system to track and coordinate working condition
- Maintain records and evaluation of maintenance programs through the use of (logs, word, excel, MS office)
- Good communication skills (radios, cell phone, email)
- Ability to work with team (team player)
- Ability to follow directions
- Minor repairs and cleaning of shop
- Replacing of filters in air handling equipment and water purification
- Patching and painting of walls
- Inspection and replacement of ceiling tile
- Inspection and replacement of fire extinguishers
- Inspection and replacement of lights and cleaning of fixtures
- Hanging of framed objects (pictures, whiteboards)
- Able to learn and process procedures and site location
- Pond maintenance as needed (adding chemicals, cleaning pump baskets, netting leaves)
- Maintaining and servicing restroom equipment (toilets, sinks, soap dispensers)
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / DUTIES:
- Initiate the purchase of parts, materials, equipment, supplies etc., in accordance with company procedures and provide technical assistance when required to facilitate such purchases.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be willing to continue training in their skill set to maintain knowledge in the latest equipment and technologies in their assigned duties.
- Must possess a valid CA driver’s license and insurance.
- Have ability and willingness to work assigned shift. (to be determined)
