What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Superintendent position at Custom Builder?
One of Cape Cod’s oldest and well-established luxury residential builders is looking for a full time Site Superintendent to join our team.
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the day-to-day onsite management of luxury residential construction projects and renovations during all aspects of construction. The Superintendent directs and schedules all work flow for a project and does so with a constant focus on quality and safety. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and preference given for candidates familiar with the latest technology and software. The Superintendent works closely with the Project Manager and company staff to ensure the project is built to the highest quality and design standards, while preserving schedule and budget requirements. A key part of the Superintendent’s job is to develop strong positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, trade contractors and inspectors. We are looking for a candidate who is team oriented and a team player who will want to learn and grow with the business.
