We have multiple locations in the Wilmington and Leland areas, and provide a top notch service to our fast growing community. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries with professionalism. Pay is based on experience.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Demonstrate excellent phone & email etiquette while communicating with clients to enhance their experience.
- Filing claims with the manufacturers we work with and adhering to factory warranties and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client services.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong typing skills and experience with data entry systems are necessary.
- Ability to analyze information effectively and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
