Customer Support Specialist (Hybrid) – Mount Prospect, IL
$23.50-$26.50/Annually – Plus full benefits
**Hybrid Schedule: 2 days work from home, 3 days in office**

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Assist customers through the ordering process; from order entry to providing proof of delivery
- Track and follow up on open orders; proactively updating customers
- Work closely with sales and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Provide excellent customer service to enjoy customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a similar customer service role
- Experience in Microsoft applications
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
