What You’ll Do
- Manage a book of personal lines clients (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Handle renewals, policy changes, billing inquiries, and client communications
- Review coverage and recommend policy enhancements or re-marketing when appropriate
- Assist with quoting and onboarding of new business
- Work closely with producers and service team to ensure excellent client experience

Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- 1 years of experience in personal lines account management (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance coverages and carrier systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with EZLynx, or similar AMS/rater tools (a plus)
Compensation
- Salary range: $40,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)
- Bonus potential based on new business activity
