Operations Manager

Summary/Objective: The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing daily warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and workforce management to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe movement of goods. This position oversees inbound and outbound processes, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and distribution to meet customer requirements and financial targets.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational discipline, team development skills, and an analytical mindset for continuous improvement.Essential Functions:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
