We are looking for an efficient, team-oriented Surgical Technologist who is skilled in prioritization and can excel in a fast paced, highly technological environment. The ideal candidate will work independently while receiving and providing support within our close-knit team. As a valuable member of the surgical team, they will demonstrate a strong sense of situational awareness in order to anticipate the needs of the team.

Qualifications
- Graduate of Surgical Technologist Program or a minimum of 2 years of surgical scrub experience coupled with related clinical training (i.e. LPN, Military)
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or associated professional certification preferred
- Experience with skin closure with suturing a plus
- Ability to earn American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- If LPN, must maintain MN LPN license
- Demonstrate an understanding of the important work we do through dedication to details and strong time-management skills
- Reflective nature emphasized by an ability to self-evaluate practice related to professional standards of care and regulations
- Able to work under pressure with innovative technology and in CRMC's updated operating rooms
- Reliable, able to take direction, and willing to share in goal setting
- Expert in surgical instrumentation, sterile techniques, and infection control principles
- Work in a fast paced environment with diverse surgical specialities and caseloads
- Provide direct patient care during surgical procedures
- Stay up to date with consistently updated and ever-changing technological surgical advancements
- Perform other duties based on role as needs arise
