CV Resources is partnering with a large construction company in Boise to identify a Field Office Manager for its team.
This is a fully onsite, direct hire opportunity that will start ASAP. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a busy construction site office - supporting project leadership, ensuring office organization and compliance, and coordinating with vendors, field teams, and administrative staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Program Manager and Superintendent with administrative tasks
- Manage office operations: mail, supplies, vendors, equipment, and cleanliness
- Maintain timecards, project files, and documentation (forms, POs, meeting minutes)
- Coordinate site access, travel accommodations, events, and office logistics
- Assist with orientations, compliance tasks, and as-built documentation
- Provide backup for other admin roles as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred
- 1 year administrative experience; data entry experience a plus
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full time and handle confidential information with discretion
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
