As the Payroll & Benefits Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll input, seamless benefits administration, and clean, compliant employee data. You'll partner closely with employees, vendors, and internal teams to deliver a smooth and reliable payroll and benefits experience, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement. This is a part-time position.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate biweekly payroll batches.
- Manage benefit enrollments, updates, and employee communications.
- Review and correct employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll and benefits audits with complete, organized documentation.
- Liaise with benefit providers to manage relationships and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Accouting, and Legal to align on processes and policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve payroll and benefits processes.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and benefits administration.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and contribute to process improvements.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a corporate environment.
Salary : $37,500 - $50,000
