Location : Punxsutawney, PA

Schedule : Flexible Part-Time Hours

Pay : $10-$15 / hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

  • Keep the office running smoothly by organizing activities and operations.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and distribute mail like a pro.
  • Maintain office supplies (because who doesn’t love a well-stocked office?).
  • Manage calendars and appointments to keep everything on track.
  • Maintain records and files (both digital and paper).
  • Assist with light tax preparation – don’t worry, we’ll show you how!
  • Support the CEO and team with clerical tasks and special projects.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience : At least 6 months of admin or clerical work (bonus points if you’ve worked in an office before!).
  • Skills : Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy : Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
  • Curiosity : A willingness to learn and grow in the tax field.
  • The Details

  • Schedule : Part-time, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (9 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.) with some flexibility.
  • Location : On-site in Punxsutawney, PA – yes, you’ll work in the home of the famous groundhog!
  • Physical Requirements : Mostly desk work with light lifting (up to 15 lbs).

    Requirements

    Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of administrative and clerical experience. Preferred Education & Experience Three or more years of administrative and clerical experience. Knowledge of tax preparation processes. Additional Eligibility Qualifications None required. Work Authorization / Security Clearance (if applicable) Employee must be authorized to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license.
