Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician II & III is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production equipment and systems. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a timely manner.
• Install new equipment and conduct necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Conduct welding and machining tasks as required for maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all maintenance activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Strong skills in preventive maintenance and repair techniques.
• Proficient in diagnostics and troubleshooting of various systems including HVAC, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, and CNC operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
