General Accountability : The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale technical projects from inception through completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our business goals. Working directly with our engineering teams to manage secure cloud service projects for critical industry clients, utilizing project management methodologies.
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Oversee and drive large-scale projects from planning through execution, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Partner closely with engineers, translating business requirements into actionable tasks, ensuring technical feasibility, and facilitating effective communication between teams.
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively identifying and resolving any roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Apply methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall as appropriate to ensure project efficiency and adaptability.
- Proficiently operate project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana) to track project progress, communicate updates, and maintain transparency.
- Stakeholder Communication : Provide clear and consistent updates to internal stakeholders, including project status, potential risks, and recommended solutions.
- Ensure projects meet quality standards by managing risks, monitoring KPIs, and conducting regular reviews with the team.
- Identify and implement process improvements, incorporating feedback to optimize future project delivery.
