Documentation Control Specialist

Job Description :

Pay Range : $20hr - $25hr

Responsibilities :

• Convert paper records to electronic files by scanning files and storing them in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide records, and change management support as required.
• ssess and classify various data types, determining appropriate retention periods based on legal obligations and business needs.
• Maintain the official repository (WebXtender) for all Retention Schedules and any supporting documentation.
• Review records to ensure adherence to the retention strategy, identify potential risks, and propose corrective actions.
• ssist in responding to internal and external customer points as appropriate.
• Understand and adhere to the company's procedures, and policies.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the core values of the client.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
