DEBIT CARD/OPERATIONS CLERK JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions

Debit cards: order, hot card, raise/lower limits, unblock cards
- Establish Tranblocker rules
- Work daily Enfact/Case Tracker reports
- Assist customers with ATM/debit card issues i.e. unauthorized and disputed charges-submit to Fiserv EFT
- Review large checks for proper completion
- Assisting customers with problems, trouble shooting
- Assist customers with online banking questions
- Customer research
- Bookkeeping functions - answer phone and take bookkeeping calls
- Scan daily work
- Process daily notices
- Backup teller line as needed
- Backup new accounts as needed
- Working knowledge and annual training on Bank Secrecy Act
- Recognizing and reporting of suspicious activity
- All other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
- Primary duties performed in an office environment
- All other duties as assigned
Required Education, Experience and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Understanding of responsibilities under the Bank Secrecy Act through initial and periodic training
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good conversational skills
- Advanced PC skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of bank operations a plus
- Position requires lifting up to 20 lbs.
