Salary: $23.34 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare delicious resident and staff meals following recipes, production sheets, and meal schedules.
- Maintain strict adherence to food handling, sanitation, and storage guidelines.
- Keep detailed temperature logs to ensure food safety.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience cooking in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in cooking a diverse range of foods in large quantities.
- Familiarity with cooking equipment and various culinary techniques.
- Knowledge of therapeutic and modified texture diets, with experience in preparing Indian Gujarati cuisine being a plus.
